Damage Waiver

Accidents happen. Waive the costs to repair or replace accidentally damaged property during your stay. $3,000 Damage Waiver for $49.

  • Monterey Bay Aquarium

    Monterey & Pacific Grove. The can’t miss destination on the Monterey Peninsula. Visit for an awe-inspiring marine experience, featuring stunning exhibits, interactive displays, and a commitment to ocean conservation.

  • Point Lobos State Natural Reserve

    Monterey County. A breathtaking coastal paradise, offering stunning views, diverse wildlife, and scenic trails. A must-visit destination for nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts. We usually find it’s best to pay the $10.25 parking fee to park and then hike out to China Cove and Bird Island.

  • Garland Ranch Regional Park

    Carmel Valley. A nature lover's haven, with picturesque hiking trails, serene meadows, and captivating oak woodlands. A perfect escape to immerse in the beauty of nature.

  • Asilomar State Beach

    Pacific Grove. Best sunsets and a fantastic surf spot too. We like to come for sunset and then drop in at the Asilomar Conference Grounds across the street for coffee and a small bite and then sit by a fire or play a game of pool.

  • Refuge

    Carmel. A tranquil oasis, offering relaxation and rejuvenation through luxurious spa treatments, thermal pools, and serene gardens. Unwind and indulge in blissful tranquility at this hidden gem. One of our favorite spots to go and just relax.

  • Folktale Winery & Vineyards

    Carmel Valley. A charming wine estate that offers a relaxed atmosphere, beautiful vineyards, and delicious wines. A wonderful place to unwind and enjoy the wine country experience.

  • Fisherman's Wharf

    Monterey. This historic wharf is known for its vibrant atmosphere and is lined with a colorful array of shops, seafood restaurants, and seafood markets. Visitors can enjoy fresh, locally caught seafood, take in stunning views of Monterey Bay, and often spot playful sea otters and sea lions in the waters below. It's a popular spot for both tourists and locals alike, providing a quintessential Monterey experience.

  • Beaches

    Monterey Peninsula. Your closest beach is Seaside State Beach just down the road past Highway 1. We find Lover’s Point to be the most kid friendly. Asilomar is the best choice for surfing and sunsets. We like to take in a sunset at Asilomar then head across the road to the Asilomar Conference Grounds for a coffee or a small bite, or sometimes some live music or even a game of pool by the fireplace in the lodge.

    Castroville. A seafood haven, serving up delectable fresh catches in generous portions. Don't miss their famous cioppino—it's a true culinary delight. Best on weekdays as there can be a long wait on weekends.

  • Tarpy's Roadhouse

    Monterey. Tarpy's Roadhouse in Monterey offers a delightful blend of rustic charm, hearty comfort food, and warm hospitality. A must-visit for a satisfying and memorable dining experience. It’s a local favorite and located just up the road from your home.

  • Sticks

    Pebble Beach. Make a reservation and find out when the bagpiper is playing on the course for a unique experience. A favorite of ours for special occasions.

  • Gusto Handcrafted Pasta & Pizza

    Seaside. Offering artisanal pasta and mouthwatering wood-fired pizzas bursting with flavors. A must-visit for grown-up pizza & pasta.

  • La Bicyclette

    Carmel. Transport yourself to the streets of France with rustic, flavorful dishes made from local ingredients. A charming bistro with a warm and inviting ambiance.

  • Schooner's

    Monterey. A coastal gem offering breathtaking ocean views, fresh seafood, and a relaxed ambiance. An idyllic spot to savor the flavors of the sea. Best to make a reservation.

  • First Awakenings

    Monterey. Beloved breakfast spot known for its generous portions, friendly service, and mouthwatering pancakes. Start your day with a delicious meal here! Arrive early to avoid the wait.

    Monterey. A seafood lover's paradise, serving up fresh and flavorful dishes in a casual, welcoming setting. A must-try for a true taste of Monterey's coastal cuisine.

  • Alvarado Street Brewery

    Monterey. Located on historic Alvarado Street, the brewery features a diverse selection of handcrafted beers, including a range of IPAs, stouts, and other specialty brews. Delicious burgers and other goodies too. Family friendly.
